TL;DR

Jeaner, cofondateur de Liberty Webi, says AI is most valuable when it strengthens customer acquisition, ad production and funnel performance, while human teams remain critical for coaching and service delivery.

KEY POINTS

A business built on high-volume launches

Jeaner said his teams have generated €100 million in cumulative tracked revenue for clients, mainly through large-scale webinar and challenge launches for digital entrepreneurs. Since 2023, Liberty Webi, co-founded with Judy Cavalier, has supported more than 4,000 entrepreneurs. The operating model centers on paid traffic, event registrations, follow-up sequences and sales calls.

AI is not a shortcut unless it is fed with proprietary data

The core method starts with building a structured “second brain” containing customer-avatar data, support emails, sales-call transcripts, business goals, founder stories and proof points. Sales and support conversations are treated as the richest source of language, objections and motivations, allowing AI tools such as Claude to generate scripts and positioning that reflect customers’ exact wording. General-purpose prompting alone was described as weak; results improved once models were trained on internal business context.

Paid advertising remains the main distribution engine

Around 95% of traffic comes from paid media, with campaigns running across Meta, YouTube, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn and X when accounts are active. The argument is that online distribution has become harder as competition rises and CPMs continue to climb, making creative volume and speed decisive. Organic traffic and SEO are used, but remain secondary.

Creative output is now produced at industrial scale

For one recent launch, the team spent €1.1 million on ads and produced roughly 200 ad bodies, expanded into about 350 ads once hooks were varied. Roughly 90% of creatives were video and 10% static images, with video favored for stronger lead qualification. AI helps analyze winning formats in the U.S. market, model them for local use and accelerate scriptwriting and visual production.

Humans still outperform AI alone in copy and concepts

Despite heavy automation, the team still relies on human copywriters, paid €150 to €200 per script, to create the final ad angles and concepts. AI is used inside the process rather than replacing it. The view is that human creators still bring stronger creative instincts, trend awareness and emotional nuance, especially for hooks and storytelling that do not feel templated.

Launch economics can be highly profitable at scale

In the €1.1 million campaign, around 83,000 people registered, about 12,500 attended the first live session, and roughly 6,000 booked a call that night. Follow-up over the next few days lifted the total to about 12,000 appointments, including 10,000 unique bookings. The campaign generated more than €5 million in revenue, illustrating the leverage of high-volume event funnels when conversion operations hold.

Funnels are being rebuilt for speed and conversion

Traditional funnel builders were described as too slow for page-load performance at scale. The team increasingly uses AI-assisted internal page generation to create opt-in pages, sales pages and thank-you pages with faster load times and tighter control over testing. Reducing the delay between ad click and page display was presented as crucial, because a large share of users can drop before a page fully loads.

WhatsApp agents extend qualification and follow-up

A conversational WhatsApp agent is used before and after event registration to gather intent data, surface objections, qualify leads and push prospects toward booking calls. This creates a continuous feedback loop between acquisition and sales, helping adapt live presentations to the audience’s real concerns. The same logic is applied later in customer support, though not as a replacement for staff.

AI adds speed, but delivery still needs people

The strongest limit identified was in delivery. AI agents can answer questions, send voice notes and monitor learner progress, but clients still want real coaches for accountability, encouragement and judgment. The conclusion is that stand-alone online courses are losing value, while hybrid offers combining AI systems, coaching and live events are becoming more attractive.

The biggest financial risk is poor talent, not the technology

The main losses linked to AI adoption were attributed not to the tools themselves, but to weak operators overselling what they could build. In this view, the quality of the team determines whether AI becomes a margin booster or a distraction. With the right staff, AI has increased launch speed, reduced operational load and helped push results to revenue levels the business had not previously reached.

CONCLUSION

The model outlined by Jeaner suggests that AI is already reshaping online distribution, not by replacing marketers, but by letting small expert teams produce more ads, faster funnels and richer customer insights. The advantage now appears to lie with businesses that combine automation, paid-media discipline and strong human execution.
