Tesla Semi 2027 New Version Revealed — Shocking Upgrades!

Tesla’s redesigned Semi, internally known as Atlas, combines lower weight, faster 1.2 MW charging and manufacturing expansion in Nevada, while early fleet feedback suggests growing commercial interest. Lighter truck, higher payload Tesla has reportedly cut about 1,000 pounds from the updated Semi compared with the original production version. In Class 8 trucking, that matters less for speed than for economics, because every pound saved on the tractor can be used for cargo within legal gross weight limits. The long-range model is listed at about 23,000 lb unloaded with a maximum gross vehicle weight of 82,000 lb, while the standard-range version is said to weigh under 20,000 lb.
