It seems like many robotics teams independently model their own bins, pallets, containers, doors and other common objects. Existing libraries can provide the geometry, but they may not contain the right scale, collision geometry, mass, inertia, friction or joint behavior for a specific application. How much of this work is genuinely reusable across teams?
