Bitcoin shows multiple bearish signals suggesting a likely end to its recent rebound, with downside targets emerging amid weak institutional demand.
Bitcoin has fallen below the 38.2% Fibonacci retracement, confirmed by a weekly close on the CME futures chart. This level had briefly held as support but is now acting as resistance, indicating a structural ضعف in price momentum. The failure to reclaim it suggests the recent rebound phase may be დასრულებული.
Several bearish signals have aligned, including the breakdown of recent bullish candles and rejection from a former bullish imbalance zone now acting as resistance. The loss of the VWAP further highlights weakening buyer control, pointing toward a transition back into a downward trend.
Market structure indicates a likely move toward liquidity pools below recent lows, particularly around $61,000–$61,500. These zones contain accumulated stop orders, making them attractive targets for price action in the short term.
Institutional positioning appears neutral to bearish. Flows into BlackRock’s IBIT ETF have dropped from around $800 million to near-neutral levels, while derivatives data shows little long exposure. This lack of institutional support undermines bullish continuation scenarios.
Recent ETF flows show outflows of approximately $130–160 million, signaling renewed selling pressure. At the same time, stablecoin supply has declined by roughly $340 million, indicating capital is leaving the crypto market rather than fueling new buying.
Despite a weaker U.S. dollar, Bitcoin has failed to capitalize on favorable macro conditions. This divergence is interpreted as a sign of intrinsic weakness, as Bitcoin typically benefits from dollar softness.
If bearish continuation persists, the next major downside level sits near $55,775, corresponding to a key 2024 low on CME-adjusted charts. This level represents a potential medium-term objective if selling pressure intensifies.
Unlike Bitcoin, Ethereum has not fully confirmed a bearish shift. It remains above critical support near $1,800, and only a sustained move below this level would validate a broader downtrend. Until then, consolidation remains possible.
U.S. indices present mixed signals. The Nasdaq remains in a कमजोर trend, while the S&P 500 shows relative resilience. Given Bitcoin’s correlation with tech stocks, continued Nasdaq weakness could reinforce downside pressure on crypto markets.
Bitcoin’s technical breakdown, combined with weak institutional flows and declining liquidity, points toward a probable continuation of bearish momentum, while Ethereum lags but may soon follow if key supports fail.
